Ceist:172 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Justice when court expenses will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.
Written Answers. - Court Expenses Payment.
In accordance with the order made by the court in the case in question, the expenses of the person concerned fell to be paid from the penalty imposed on the defendant. I am informed that this penalty was only recently paid to the court, following disposal of an appeal and a petition by the defendant, and that payment was made on 26 November 1990.
