97 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in paying a grant to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford in respect of works done in repairing storm damage to his lands; when payment will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
An application under the flood damage relief scheme 1990 is being processed for the person named and the applicant will be advised of the decision shortly.
98 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a control of farmyard pollution grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The grant will be paid as soon as possible.
