Ceist:166 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the EC Commission has received two formal complaints relating to the presence and operation of Ballealy tiphead in Rogerstown Estuary, County Dublin; if the EC Commission has requested certain information on the operation of the site; and if so, if he will now give details on the information sought and his response to same.
