Ceist:

199 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education the total number of pupils in primary schools in the following areas for the school year 1989/1990 (a) all primary schools in the Republic of Ireland and (b) all primary schools in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Wexford, Waterford, Galway, Sligo, Kilkenny, Dundalk and Clonmel.

The information required by the Deputy is given in tabular form below.
