63 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason an application under the flood damage relief scheme 1990 for a person (details supplied) in County Offaly was refused; and if he will make a statement on the matter having regard to the loss and damage suffered by this person.

An application under the flood damage relief scheme 1990 from the person named was deemed not eligible because the losses claimed did not reach the relevant qualifying percentage.
