Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment if he will review the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 who was a week late applying for the mortgage subsidy in relation to a house into which he moved with his family about four years ago; if he will grant the subsidy in view of the harshness of the decision; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
