41 Mr. G. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons under the age of 21, who have been killed in each of the years from 1980 to 1990 as a result of drunken driving; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that statistics are not maintained by the Force in a way which identifies the numbers of persons under the age of 21 who are killed as a result of drunken driving.
