31 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance whether Lyons House, Celbridge, County Kildare, is a preserved building; if the property is deteriorating at present; the measures, if any, proposed to avert any further deterioration; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I understand that the house is listed for preservation in the Kildare Country Development Plan. I have no function in relation to maintenance of the building.
