Ceist:186 Mrs. Barnes asked the Minister for Education if she will outline (a) the number of teachers of trade subjects over 30 years of age who were appointed in a temporary whole-time capacity until full qualifications were obtained, (b) the way the salary level for these teachers was determined for their employment as temporary whole time teachers, (c) the number who were placed on each point of the scale for their temporary whole-time service and (d) the number of teachers of trade subjects who were over 30 years of age on first time appointment in a permanent whole time capacity who were started on a point of the scale lower than the sixth point.
