Ceist:188 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Education when she proposes to commence the building programme for Our Lady's secondary school, Castleblayney, County Monaghan; if her attention has been drawn to the conditions under which children have to study and to the problems caused to teachers as a result of the deplorable conditions of rotting prefabs and over-crowding; if her attention has further been drawn to the fact that there is an enrolment of 142 students which is an increase of 30 students into 1st year; if she has inspected this hazardous building; and if she will now give a starting date for this school's building programme.
