On a point of order, in view of the fact that Question Time is ten minutes late starting, for reasons I do not understand, could we have the agreement of the House that Question Time be extended by ten minutes to ensure that no fewer questions are taken than would have been the case if the Government had arrived at 2.30 p.m.?
