Ceist:137 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Environment when a decision will be made on the allocation of funds to Kildare County Council for small sewerage schemes in 1991; and if the scheme submitted by Kildare County Council for the houses at Millicent in Clane, County Kildare will be included in those covered by the allocation.
