Ceist:147 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Health whether his attention has been drawn to the fact that in response to a letter from a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6, his office advised her on 19 March 1991 that her query in regard to supplementary welfare allowance was a matter proper to the Department of Social Welfare and that the Minister for Social Welfare on 15 March 1991 advised that the query raised was more appropriate to his Department; if he will outline where responsibility lies in this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
