Ceist:44 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment the average waiting period for appeals lodged with An Bord Pleanála for (a) domestic dwellings and (b) industrial development.

Statistics supplied to me by An Bord Pleanála in relation to appeals formally decided in the first quarter of 1991, indicate that the average time taken to dispose of the appeals was 26 weeks.
