43 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Finance if any application was received from the National Association of Regional Game Councils for funding for stocking and development works over the last three years; the amount allocated, if any; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Grants for game stocking and development works have not been made available since 1982. The Wildlife Service, Office of Public Works have no proposals at present to reintroduce such grants schemes.
