132 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health if he will comply with a recent World Health Organisation body recommendation from the European Committee of the expanded programme of immunisation global group which recommended that all children in this country be immunised against hepatitis B.

My Department are currently reviewing their programme of recommended vaccination and immunisation and, in this context, the WHO recommendation that children be vaccinated against hepatitis B is being considered.
