Ceist:76 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Finance the reason the Revenue Commissioners have not issued a C2 certificate to a firm of plastering contractors (details supplied); and when the certificate will be issued.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes issued a letter to the firm's accountants on 26 April 1991 requesting further information. On receipt of a reply to this letter, the question of their entitlement to a certificate of authorisation will be considered further.
