78 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Finance when a company (details supplied) in County Cork first applied for a C2 certificate; the reason for the delay in the processing of this application; and if this certificate will issue in the near future.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the partnership first applied for a certificate of authorisation, form C2, on 20 February 1991.
Following examination of the application, a letter issued to their agent on 16 April 1991, requesting further information. On receipt of a reply to this letter, the question of their entitlement to a certificate of authorisation, can be considered further.
