Ceist:26 Mr. T. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he has any plans to increase the funding in the current year, under subhead I of his Department's vote.
Written Answers. - Departmental Funding.
The amount provided for 1991 in subhead I of my Department's Vote, the purpose of which is to encourage North-South and Anglo-Irish co-operation, is £200,000. This sum has enabled me to make a useful contribution to a number of organisations doing very worthwhile work in this area. I regret that, in view of current financial constraints, it will not be possible to devote any additional funds to this subhead for 1991.
