Ceist:150 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Education the number of teaching posts it would take to reduce the retention figure for two teacher primary schools from 28 to 27.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 148, 149 and 150 together.
The following table outlines the number of posts that would be required if the enrolment figures for the retention of a first assistant in national schools were reduced as indicated by the Deputy. These posts are based upon the enrolment in national schools on 30 September 1990.
