Ceist:41 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce the amount of land and vacant old factories which have been sold off by the IDA over the past four years; and the amount these sales have realised.

I am advised by the IDA that there were 1,864 acres of land and 209,000 square feet of old vacant factory space sold off by the IDA during the four year period to end December 1990. These sales realised £15.63 million.
