107 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make a statement on the submissions made by the community association in Blackpool, Cork to the environmental impact assessment carried out on the Blackpool flyover and road development.

In view of my quasi judicial role in relation to environmental impact studies, it would be inappropriate for me to make a statement on any submissions made to me until a formal decision is made on the relevant project.
