145 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Justice if he will provide additional staff to the county registrar in Clonmel, County Tipperary, in view of the inability to cope with the existing workload; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

From time to time staffing difficulties can arise in court offices because of fluctuating work levels. Officials of my Department keep staffing requirements in all court offices under review and I can assure the Deputy that the situation in Clonmel will be closely monitored.
