87 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Justice the current position regarding a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary who expects payment of a guaranteed bond in the near future and who is experiencing difficulty with the probate office and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I have had inquiries made in this matter and am informed that the case referred to by the Deputy cannot be traced on the information supplied.
Perhaps the Deputy could furnish me with some further information, including the date of death and date and place of lodgment of the application for a grant of probate, so that I can have further inquiries made in the matter.
