Ceist:117 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Education when work will commence on the re-roofing of the central school, Moycullen, County Galway for which a grant has been approved.

On 19 June 1990 my Department approved a grant towards the cost of improvements including works to the flat roof at Moycullen national school, County Galway. The school authorities requested the provision of a pitched roof but my Department's professional advisers are of the view that this would not be architecturally feasible. Discussions are at present taking place between the local architect and the school authorities about the execution of the original proposals.
