Ceist:165 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give consideration to providing a direct access for the people of Celbridge to the N4 bypass at Celbridge with a view to (1) alleviating the present traffic chaos and (2) reducing costs to the local authority in the event of the need to provide further relief roads in the area which might be deemed necessary in the event of failure to provide the direct access to the N4 bypass; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
