141 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Health if, in regard to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5 who is in urgent need of orthodontic treatment, she will ensure that such necessary treatment is made available to this person; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in the Dublin area is a matter for the Eastern Health Board.

I have asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to reply to the Deputy on the question of treatment for the person named.
