Ceist:260 Mr. McCartan asked the Minister for Education if he has any plans to establish in Ireland a national conservatory for music; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have no plans, at the present time, for the establishment of such an institution nor have I received any proposals in this regard from any of the educational institutions under the aegis of my Department.
