This applicant has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1990 suckler cow premium scheme for small-scale milk producers because his milk quota at 1 April 1990, as certified by his co-operative, exceeded 12,819 gallons.

Ceist:121 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payments of his farm development grant which was due for payment in November 1991.
It is expected that this grant will be paid not later than early January.
Michael Lowry
Ceist:122 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason payment of a beef premium to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary has not issued to his bank in spite of notice which issued to him on 23 September 1991.
The bank concerned has confirmed that a payable order amounting to £139.84 in respect of payment under the 1990 special beef premium scheme was lodged to the account of this applicant on 25 September 1991.
