In accordance with EC regulations, she was deemed to have made a false declaration on her application and cannot receive any grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme therefore or apply for grants under the scheme for 12 months from 8 October 1991.

Since special beef premium may be claimed only once in the lifetime of each animal he was deemed to have made a false declaration on his application and cannot be paid any special beef premium for 1991. In addition, he will not be eligible to apply again for special beef premium for 12 months from 7 December 1991.

In accordance with EC regulations, he was deemed to have made a false declaration on his application and cannot therefore receive any grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme or apply for grants under the scheme for 12 months from 30 November 1991.
