Ceist:307 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make arrangements for the necessary funding to be made available, as a matter of urgency, to Kilkenny County Council to allow the continuation of road realignment and improvements at Ballinamona, Knoctopher, where work has commenced and where it is imperative that work be completed as soon as possible in view of the high number of accidents at the existing junction; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
