Ceist:356 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Health if she will outline when (1) an application for a disabled person's maintenance allowance was submitted by a person (details supplied) in County Cork (2) the file was sent to the community welfare officer (3) the file was sent to the medical officer (4) the report was subsequently returned to the health board (5) payment is likely to issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
