Ceist:

45 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, in relation to the appeals process for individual farmers and areas for the extension of the disadvantaged areas, he will ensure duplicate forms will be made available to the applicants giving the details of the survey on their farms; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have already made arrangements to ensure that individual farmers, who make their request to the departmental inspector on the day of his visit to their farm, will receive a copy of the completed survey form after they have signed and certified it as correct.
