Ceist:179 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education the reason school transport is not being provided to persons (details supplied) in County Cork attending Ballyvourney national school in County Cork.

It has now been established that the basis for the children in question attending Ballyvourney national school is their parents wish that they attend an all-Irish school. Accordingly, Bus Éireann will arrange for free transport to Ballyvourney national school on condition that they apply in good time before Easter.
