Ceist:189 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Education the up-to-date position in relation to the 1992 funding of the youth organisation Foróige.
Written Answers. - Youth Organisation Funding.
Allocations to youth organisations including Foróige for the current year under the youth service grant scheme have not yet been decided. They will be decided as soon as possible and my Department will then be in touch with Foróige in the matter.
In the meantime an advance payment equal to 25 per cent of Foróige's total 1991 youth service grant has issued to the organisation.
