I propose to take Questions Nos. 43, 56, 61 and 91 together.

A provision of £500,000 has been made available in the 1992 Estimates for the introduction of a phased programme to expand the provision for caretaking and clerical services in national schools with 100 pupils upwards and second level schools with 200 pupils upwards. The arrangements will be operative with effect from September 1992 and the detail implementation are being drawn up by my Department at present.
