246 Tomás Mac Giolla asked the Minister for Health if he has noted the remarks of a person (details supplied) in an article on child abuse; if he has satisfied himself that these views are not being propagated in the Eastern Health Board, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have seen the article containing the reported remarks of the person referred to by the Deputy. As far as I am concerned these remarks reflect the personal opinions of the person in question and do not represent the official position of the Eastern Health Board.
