Ceist:252 Mr. M. Kitt asked the Minister for Health when a decision will be made to provide finance for a nursing school (details supplied) in County Galway.
Written Answers. - Nursing School Funding.
An intake of psychiatric nursing students has been approved by my Department for the nursing school referred to by the Deputy. The funding of an intake is a matter for the Western Health Board in the first instance. While there are no funds at my disposal for this purpose the matter is being discussed between my Department and the health board.
