Ceist:268 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline the procedures involved in securing an agency for Department of the Environment testing.

I refer to the replies to Questions Nos. 351 of 18 February 1992 and 335 of 3 March 1992. Application for appointment as an authorised tester of heavy goods vehicles, trailers, buses and ambulances should be made to the local licensing authority.
