316 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the refusal to pay the beef premium to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo where a genuine mistake was made and where no fraudulent intent was involved.
Following a review of the case of the person named, she may now be paid premium at 80 per cent of the normal rate on her eligible animals and payment will be made shortly.
317 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in having a reactor grant paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.
I have been informed by the Director of ERAD that the reactor grants due to the person named in respect of five animals were paid in November 1991, and the grants for animals removed for slaughter on 6 March 1992 will be paid within the next few weeks.

320 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a suckler cow grant payment did not issue to a person (details supplied) in County Cork in 1990 and 1991.
This person's applications under the 1990 and 1991 suckler cow premium schemes for small-scale milk producers are being processed at present and if found in order payments will issue shortly.
