Ceist:121 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Finance when he will publish a full list of all national lottery grants paid out in 1991 and if he will make the information available to Members of the Houses of the Oireachtas.

While, as Minister for Finance, I have overall responsibility for the operation of the national lottery and for the transfer of the surplus therefrom into the Exchequer, details of lottery-funded expenditure by other Departments are a matter for the spending Ministers concerned.
