Ceist:133 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Justice if his attention has been drawn to the fact that in some parts of County Kildare, gardaí are prosecuting publicans who have licence extensions until 1 a.m., for functions which continue up to 2 a.m., simply because customers who are in their premises until the later time continue to consume alcoholic beverages served before 1 a.m.
