135 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if the railed off field at the rear of Arranmore Avenue, Dublin 7 is in the ownership of his Department; and if so, if he will outline the action he will take to have the serious problem of rat infestation, which is affecting the adjoining houses, dealt with.

The property in question is in the ownership of my Department. This particular problem was brought to the attention of my Department recently, and the appropriate steps were promptly taken to eradicate it.
