A Cheann Comhairle, I beg leave to announce for the information of the Dáil that, on 8 September 1992, the Government appointed Deputy Noel Treacy, Minister of State at the Department of Finance, to be Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach with special responsibility for the new county enterprise partnership companies.
