Ceist:74 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Environment when a tender for the Robertstown sewerage scheme to serve Robertstown village in County Kildare was received in his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I refer to the reply to Question No. 367 on 7 October 1992. The tender recommendations submitted by Kildare County Council for the civil works and the mechanical plant contracts were received in my Department on 26 August 1991 and on 2 September 1991, respectively. These proposals are being addressed on the basis of further information recently received from the county council.
