Ceist:105 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice when a submission made to the Land Registry office by a person (details supplied) in County Cork for a property (details supplied) will be registered and returned to her.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application was received in respect of the folio to which the Deputy refers, and that the dealing was completed on 16 October 1992. The applicant is being informed accordingly.
