Ceist:106 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Justice the circumstances under which a person (details supplied) was arrested and deported from this jurisdiction; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

It is not the practice to elaborate on the circumstances which give rise to deportation in individual cases unless there are particular reasons for doing so which I do not consider to exist in this case.
