Ceist:62 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice when he expects that a dealing (details supplied) in the Land Registry in County Cork will be completed.
Written Answers. - Land Registry Case Delay.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the delay in completion in the case in question is due to the requirement to have a land certificate lodged in the Land Registry. I am further informed that upon receipt of the certificate registration will be completed without delay.
