This person has already been paid his grants under the 1992 cattle and equines headage, suckler cow and special beef premium schemes. There was no delay in making these payments.

Ceist:95 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will review the refusal of heifer premiums in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare in view of medical evidence already submitted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The application of the person named has been reviewed and no grounds have been found for altering the decision to refuse suckler cow premium grants in this case.
