Ceist:186 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health if disabled person's maintenance allowance will be approved for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and, if so, when and the rate applicable.

Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, South-Eastern Health Board, with a request that he reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
